Hello Band Camp!

We are so excited to see you at camp tomorrow! Here’s a few helpful reminders(be sure to scroll all the way through the email as there’s a special reminder from our band directors):

Check-In is on Sunday, June 12, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, and Check-Out is on Saturday, June 18, from 8:30 to 9:15 am. All times are EST.

Please bring the following forms and records for check-in:

-Confirmation of Negative COVID-19 test OR Proof of Vaccination

-Camper Health forms(with photocopy of medical insurance card)

-Camper Confidential form

-Camper Release forms

-COVID-19 pre-camp symptoms survey

-Signed COVID-19 legal waiver

Please do NOT email or mail these forms to camp, just bring them when you check-in.

Upon arrival at camp, both camper and the one person dropping them off will be temperature checked. This is also where the vaccination card or proof of negative COVID test will be shown. If either person has a temperature of 100.4 or higher or cannot produce the vaccination card/COVID test result, admittance to camp will not be permitted.

If you’d like to put money in your camper’s account for spending at the camp store, we will accept cash, check, or card (as long as our internet cooperates) during check-in. After check-in, campers will not be able to add more funds to their account. Any unspent store money will be returned at check-out.

Band Camp Reminders: 
Please bring your instrument as well as any necessary supplies such as reeds, valve oil, slide grease, or items!
ALL STUDENTS SHOULD PLAN TO BRING A FOLDING PORTABLE MUSIC STAND. If you do not already have one, we will have a few extras available!
Special percussion reminders: please bring at least a drum pad, snare sticks, and a drum pad stand. You are welcome to bring your full percussion kit if that is easier!
